What we don't promise

Why does my bank statement not say Just Singles?
Payments appear under the billing name displayed at checkout, which may not be the site's name. Check your payment confirmation for the exact wording. If a charge doesn't match a payment you made, contact the help centre with the date and amount, or your card provider.
Can I cancel easily?
Yes. Cancel online in You › Membership and billing. Your membership stops renewing and your profile stays, so you can come back later. To remove the profile too, click your avatar and choose You › Account and login › Delete my account.
Why do I see members from other sites?
Profiles are shared with partner sites in the same network. Members who joined through another site can see you and message you, and you can see them. It means a bigger pool of people; it also means the same care applies to every profile.
Is Just Singles the right site for something casual?
It's not built for it. Just Singles is for people who are single and looking for a relationship, and our guides are written with that in mind. Being clear on your profile about what you want is the kindest thing for everyone.
