Everything goes through the members help centre: questions about your account, reports about other members and corrections to this website.
Account and billing
Include the email address on your account and, for a payment, the date, amount and billing name of the charge as shown on your statement. To cancel a membership, go to Settings > Billing; to delete your account, cancel first, then click your avatar and choose Settings > Delete Account. Log-in help covers password resets.
Reporting a member
While logged in, go to the help centre and send the member's username, what happened and roughly when. Screenshots help. If money is involved, also follow the reporting steps on our safety page.
A mistake on this website
If a guide gets something wrong, about a law, a helpline or a community's customs, tell us through the same help centre with the page address. Our editorial policy explains how corrections are handled.
