Who runs Just Singles
Just Singles is run by High Intent Media Inc, a Delaware corporation (file no. 10670515), registered office 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, USA. The same company runs the members area, where your account, messages and payments live, under the members-area terms.
There are two parts to Just Singles. This website is where we publish guides and explain how the service works. The members area is where you join, build a profile, browse and message.
Twenty-odd years of one name
The justsingles.com domain was registered on 25 December 2003 and the site has been online since 2004. Around 2010 it was a site for meeting singles in London and across the UK, with a blog. By 2018 it had become part of a multi-country dating network.
In October 2026 we rebuilt it from the ground up. The old site had collected a lot of thin, generic pages. The new one has a narrower purpose: helping people who want a partner who gets their family, their faith or their roots, and being useful to them even before they join.
What the site is for
Just Singles is for adults who want culture and faith to be part of the conversation from the start. Plenty of people want someone who shares their heritage or faith. Plenty of others want someone from a different background who will take theirs seriously. Just Singles is for both. Any adult can join; you don't have to belong to a particular community, and nobody is sorted into one.
| Who it suits | Who it may not suit |
|---|---|
| People who want to describe their culture and faith in their own words | People who need a search filter by religion or ethnicity (we don't promise one) |
| People in the UK and US | People looking for a service limited to one community only |
| People happy to pay for messaging once they find someone worth talking to | People who want messaging free of charge |
The guides
Alongside the dating site we publish guides on the things that come up when culture and faith are part of a relationship: introducing a partner to your family, festivals, language, interfaith questions and the scams aimed at people with family abroad. The full list is on our guides page.
Every outside fact in a guide is linked to its primary source. We're appointing reviewers from each community we write about; none is in place yet, and no page claims a review that hasn't happened. The detail is in our editorial policy.
How the member network works
Just Singles shares one member database with partner sites in the same network. In practice that means:
- people who joined through another site in the network can see your profile and message you;
- you can see and message them too;
- each profile shows which site its owner joined through.
We tell you this up front because it affects who sees you. Your profile is not limited to people who found Just Singles.
What we promise, and what we don't
We review every photo members upload. We don't check what members write about themselves, so we don't call anyone "verified" unless they've chosen the optional ID badge. We don't publish member numbers or success stories, and we don't claim to match you by algorithm.
Joining, building a profile and browsing are free; reading and replying to messages needs a membership, and every membership renews until you cancel in Settings > Billing. Free members see adverts in the members area. The detail is on how it works, prices and the key facts page.
Getting in touch
Account and billing questions, reports about a member and corrections to anything on this website all go through the members help centre. Our contact page explains what to include, and our safety page lists who to call if something has gone wrong.
